Returns


There is a 10% restock fee on all returned parts (unless the return is a result of a mistake we made). We will only accept returns on items that are still in the same condition as when we sent them to you. If the item you want to return was new when you bought it, then we will only accept it if it is still new and never installed and/or used. All items that are returned will be inspected and if they are not in the same condition as when they were sent out you may get only a partial refund (or no refund at all if it is unusable). To protect against damage during shipping, please pack the item(s) well.

When returning anything you MUST include some information inside the box to let us know where the credit will need to go. The best thing to include is a copy of the order invoice. If that's not possible, then include your name, address, & phone # as well as any other info possible such as order date & order/invoice number. If the returned part passes inspection you will be issued a refund. If you paid via PayPal, then you will be sent a refund via PayPal. If you paid with a credit/debit card we will issue a refund to your card directly.

You will need to pay for any return shipping costs when returning anything EXCEPT in the event that the return is a result of a mistake on our part (such as we sent you the wrong item by mistake). If that's the case then we will mail or email you a return label to put on the package and we will pay the return shipping costs.
