• Minimum Commission Charge: $5.00 per item

• Commission Rates:
  
  -Up to $250.00: 10% per item
  -$251.00 to $500.00: 9% per item
  -$501.00 to $1500.00: 8% per item
  -$1501.00 & up: 7% per item
  
  
• Maximum Commission Charge: $500.00 per item
  
• No Sale Policy:
  
  -No Sale after 1st auction: $10.00 per item
  -No Sale after 2nd auction: No Charge
  -No Sale after 3rd auction: No Charge
  -4th auction: Sells Absolute
  
  
• Titled Items:
  
  -There is a Non-Refundable title fee of $25.00 on all titled items.
  -The $25.00 title fee and the up to date title must be in the office by closing time on the Wednesday before the auction or the item will not be on the auction.
